Teacher Digital Learning Survey 2023-2024

Thank you for your willingness to participate in the 2023-2024 evaluation of your LEA’s grant from the Utah Digital Teaching and Learning Grant Program. The DTL grant provides state funding to support effective uses of technology in teaching and learning.
