School Administrator Survey 2023-2024



Thank you for your willingness to participate in the 2023-2024 evaluation of your LEA’s grant from the Utah Digital Teaching and Learning Grant Program (DTL). This grant provides state funding to support effective uses of technology for teaching and learning. 

This survey is specifically about the use of technology in your school. You will be asked questions about the impact of the DTL grant in your school and more generally about your use of technology in your school and classrooms. Please base all answers on your experiences with digital learning during the 2023-2024 school year. 

The survey has about 25 questions and we anticipate that it may take approximately 20-25 minutes to complete the survey.
