LEA Point-of-Contact Survey 2023-2024

Thank you for your willingness to participate in the 2023-2024 evaluation of your LEA’s grant from the Utah Digital Teaching and Learning Grant Program (DTL). You will be asked questions specifically about the impact of the grant in your district and more generally about the use of technology in your school and classrooms.

Please base all answers on your experiences with digital learning during the 2023-2024 school year.

The survey has about 30 questions and we anticipate that it may take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete the survey.
